「Euro 180 is charged for private boat trip but no English speaking guide, no welcome drink or fruit basket in room considering 5 star and nearly 500 euro rate! Breakfast is good. Gym room is opened 9 or 10am, not designed for morning excercise purpose! Room reserved considered to be garden view but in actual, funny hotel back of house view! No show for one room, no consideration for partial refund or extend for future use- waste!」

「My best friend and I had a wonderful stay at the Villa Reverie and would love to come back in the future. Ingrid took great care of us checking in, and Michael (spelling?) and Davide took care of us throughout the stay. The property was in close proximity to the Bellano station which made getting around super easy. The only issue is we could not get the AC to work in our room- we believe the settings were locked so they controlled it rather than let us change it- so sleeping was a bit rough....

The room is classic, clean and comfortable, with good air conditioning (but only Reception can adjust the temperature ) The wooden floor squeaks when stepped on . 「This hotel was a literal gem of a find! Nestled in the hill above Lake Como a 8-9 minute taxi ride! Beautiful, magnificent views, clean and sparkling from top to bottom! The staff are a family and they are all just lovely and could not be more helpful! The rooms are not luxurious but clean and very comfortable with everything you need for a wonderful nights rest. Our patio had furniture with an amazing view of the lake and villages as well as the Italian Alps. Dinner on the terrace was delicious...
