The hotel is located in a good location but the room and bath are extremely small. It reminded me some of very small hotel rooms in Tokyo! It is one of the smallest hotel room I ever stayed and is certainly not worth for over $1000/night!

The hotel is in a great location and the staff went above and beyond! There were 3 staff members who were really attentive and unfortunately I can’t remember their names except for Aziz and that’s probably because we spent the most time with him. The tall young lady who checked us in and the gentleman who appeared to be the head server at the restaurant were the other two.

Solid location, great staff and gorgeous views. Overall would recommend but a few things to note: - there were events at nearby properties every night so their bands and djs went on for a while - their complimentary shuttle car wasn’t working so we had to pay for a taxi to get to the train station - a spritz at the grill was $12 but $18 at the inside bar & pool - people from other properties use this hotels pool - they didn’t try to make up our room until 2p, so don’t expect it to be done if you’re out exploring in the morning - there’s a little, public beach in front of the hotel that can get loud and dirty throughout the day

Amazing stay! The room and property were so clean and glamorous, but the most impressive part was how nice and helpful the staff all were. They went above and beyond to make the stay comfortable, from having my room ready early to arranging late checkout, and providing great tips on where to eat. I could not recommend this hotel enough - it was truly worth the price and made for a great finale to my Lake Como trip.
