「Place is fine for a single. Might be tight for 2 people. My only issue, and its a small one, is there needs to be a more comfortable chair for TV watching. There is a small table with 2 chairs and a wicker chair but neither were conducive to watching TV. Other then that, place worked for me.」

「We like staying in the San Carlos neighborhood of Ft. Myers. For the area, the apartment is a great location and price. It’s comfortable with plenty of amenities. Having breakfast and cocktails on the lanai was delightful. The apartment is exactly as pictured and although it could use some upgrades, it was still comfortable. Be aware that the apartment is near the approach pattern for the airport but most aircraft activity occurs during the day. It never bothered us.」

「I was so very pleasantly impressed by this little b&b! It was very clean, and has old charm with new upgrades. The bathroom in the citrus room was SO beautiful. The beds were more firm but I do like that. It was quiet even being on a main road. Breakfast had a little bit of something for everyone. As a vegetarian, I was able to have a full breakfast! We stayed for our anniversary and wanted a nice place and I would highly recommend to others.」

「Overall, this is a good house. The home is located in a very nice neighborhood and is just minutes from 5th Avenue and Publix, which is extremely convenient. The property itself is in decent condition, and the private pool deck is definitely a highlight, it adds a lot of enjoyment and privacy to the stay. That said, it would be very helpful if the home had clearer instructions or labels for things like the fans, lights, and where certain items are stored. Having those details marked would make...

「This was a beautiful place to stay, very nice neighborhood, and close to the beach. My kids were obsessed with the heated salt water pool and hot tub. Beau was very helpful and responsive any time I messed with questions. We would definitely stay here again! 」

「Excellent experience. Host was easy to work with. House was clean and well cared for. Loved the fenced in yard for our puppy and the private lanai to do our work on or just relax. Easy to run up to RaceTrac for newspapers and bananas every morning. Very relaxing stay. Thanks!!」
