St.Katherine's church, Loversall, South Yorkshire. A tower base of c1300, the rest all Perpendicular or 1855 rebuilding by Sir.G.G.Scott. Interesting tomb-chest in the churchyard.
Rake's Lane A pleasant enough stroll through flattish arable land east of Loversall village, with butterflies and farmland weeds adding some interest, though within earshot of the M18. The mound in the distance is spoil from Rossington Main Colliery.

This is a nice space but the floor was not cleaned from when we arrived and had something to eat there (a chip was dropped on the floor).
