“The room was clean & the location great! Also appreciated the coffee pods & helpful, cheerful cleaner that came through in the mornings. Shower could be cleaner & there was no place to hang our towels. WiFi wasn't working when we arrived so we msg'd them & they said they would try to restart & let us know. No one got back to us. We had to wait until the cleaner arrived the next morning for him to restart the router. We also asked for a quiet room only to be placed right next to the front door……

“Initially stayed in an apartment with 1 bedroom and sofa bed but due to air conditioning not working they couldn't fix (staff were great and tried fixing as soon as we emailed), so we ended up moving to a different apartment which was much better. The first had an odd layout in that the only bathroom was inside the main bedroom, so anyone staying on the sofa bed would need to go through the bedroom to use the bathroom which isn't ideal when you get up frequently in the night! The other had 3……

“The check-in experience was disappointing from the very beginning. The receptionist barely paid attention and seemed interested only in checking guests in as quickly as possible. It felt rushed, hectic, and far from professional. The room itself was acceptable, but the air conditioning in the bedroom was unbelievably loud and not working. Considering it was 36–37°C outside, having a working A/C wasn’t a luxury, it was essential. I reported the issue immediately to the shift manager, who simply……

The overall environment is very clean and quiet. There’s a supermarket nearby, and we cooked breakfast or dinner every day. It’s highly recommended for families or good friends to visit together.”

“Kaikki alkaa olla jo erittäin kulunutta. Olko-oven kahva tippui irti, wc-huuhtelu painikke tippui irti seinästä, parvekkeelta puuttui kalusteet, ruokakalusteet(tuolit) hirveässä kunnossa. Vaikka puitteista ilmoitettiin, asialle ei tehty mitään. Huone oli puhdas ja liinavaatteet puhtaat vaikka yleisilme kulunut. Kolmeksi yöksi varattiin perhelomalle tämä huone. Sijainti oli yllättävän kaukana vanhankaupungin melskeestä. Kulkuyhteydet vaativat jalkapatikkaa. Sijainti tosin hyvin rauhallinen ja……
