「We've stayed here several times. Good value for the money. The room was reserved using Expedia. The only concern was a very delayed and frustrating check in process.」

「I accidentally made a reservation at this hotel, not realizing the date on my search had reset and was no longer correct. Within about two minutes of making the reservation, I caught my error and immediately called to cancel. The hotel was completely inflexible and charged me full price for a room that I wouldn't be able to stay in. It was an honest mistake that was caught quickly. I'll think again before staying at a Days Inn.」

「The sheets had hair in them and brown stuff. The shower was not clean. There was no microwave. The breakfast was SUPER cold. The pool was not only cold but not clean. There was water all over the pool floor and hair. It looked like it hadn’t been cleaned. I was not able to check in at 2:30, even though I called a day prior to arriving to ask for an early check in. 「We did not end up staying at this hotel. We were booked into a handicapped room, which I specifically did not select and there was nothing else available. The hotel room that we were assigned smelled like stale urine and the toilet was broken. The public restroom next to the lobby was Out Of Order. 「Hampton inn has been my preferred hotel for years. Lately the chain has not been a step above the rest. Not a huge deal but there was coffee drips on the bathroom sink, clearly wasn’t wiped down. The bed was made very sloppy. Sheets not tucked in and hanging uneven. Like I said, not a huge deal but doesn’t make Hampton Inn stand out from other chains.
