“They just renovated the breakfast area, but the rooms were in need of complete renovation. The furniture was old, and the bedding needed replaced. Carpets in hallways were stained. Not up to standards of some Quality Inns. Staff was friendly and worked with what they had.”

“I stayed for 9 days. Housekeeping is yourself. You put the dirty stuff in the hall with your trash. You had to go to the front desk to get clean ones. Breakfast is always the same.”

“The hotel itself is stunning, clean and comfortable. We loved our room - #413 - and were happy that we did not meet any ghosties in the halls, library, or our room. We felt very pampered during our 2 night stay. We ate breakfast at the hotel both mornings - our cook and server were different both times, and all were great, but especially on Monday! We had the omelet breakfast both visits and it was really good, and plenty of food. Hopefully we will repeat our stay this year, possibly in late……
