"I enjoy everything at the hotel. Only thing that did not sit well with me is that the rooms were not being clean daily, bed were not being made daily, we had to ask for fresh towel daily, and we had to call for them to pick the trash up when we notice on the 3rd day that they haven’t been taking the trash out."

"Overall, great fr9nt desk customer service. Good courtesy lemon water and apples. Ice machines were broken on 3 floors, office table in room had coffee stains, and hair on bathroom floor. No free parking or hotel discount for parking, not worth paying more for valet. Nice to offer champagne but maybe ask customer if they drink or would prefer more free water bottles."

"The outside in the lobby of the hotel looked very rundown. The halls and floors and halls were all pretty dirty. It smelled in the hallways. The room was very clean and everything in the room looked like it was in pretty good repair, but the building in the parking lot itself looked pretty old and worn out"

"Nice property but large dead cockroaches were found under bathroom sink and under bed. As someone with a roach phobia, it was very off-putting. Floor and walls were very dirty also 😕 I wiped everything down with my own Lysol wipes so I was a little more comfortable. We have a toddler that still drinks milk so the fridge was a nice help to keep her milk cold."
