“The cottage was contemporary and cozy, immaculate and extremely well equipped. The kitchen was so well appointed that had we not been gathering elsewhere for family lunches/dinners over the holiday week, I would have really enjoyed cooking/baking in it. There was a minor issue with the heating system, and he was patient and helped me fix it quickly, never making me feel like I was pestering him.
