Could not pick a more quiet, secluded, beautiful place. The view off the deck is a million-dollar view. Just what we needed after the hussle and bussle of Wellington.

We wanted a base to combine relaxation and exploring, and this was excellent. A nice big table for board games, plenty of food options just down the road in Petone and Wellington an easy drive. Visiting Te Papa was a wonderful addition to visiting the Weta workshop and seeing WOW - the World of Wearable Art extravaganza - indeed, WOW!

We enjoyed our stay but the driveway was abit of a problem with the cars we were in, it would have been good to of had abit more of an idea of what we were in for, other then that the place was beautiful
