“I experienced some lack of prior information regarding the security aspects of the Smart Lock that created some difficulty for me. However, the response by the property manager was prompt and had resolved the issues quickly.”

“Very convenient place to stay. Walking distance to centre of town and next to major rail & bus link. Warm & light.”

“Really lovely home. Had everything we needed and more. Warm house and nice beds. Loved having the fire going for a rainy windy weekend in Wellington. Thanks again for having us”

“This is the worst place we have ever stayed! The noise from upstairs was so loud it was like a heard of elephants well into the night it went. No soundproofing of insulation between upstairs and down, certainly not suitable as a stay if you need to sleep.”

“All in all a great experience, clear communication at all stages of booking and checking in . A small very tidy modern unit which suited our week long stay in Wellington. Handy to all services such as Queensgate Mall and bus and train station. Only a few minutes from Petone dinning options and experiences in Jacksons Street. On street parking was never a problem. Would certainly recommend and use this unit again.”

“We loved our stay here! Plenty of room for our family gathering. This home has lots of character and history.”

“Wei was responsive to all of our questions and flexible with our check in.”

“It was such a lovely haven while we were displaced from our home due to storm damage...the fireplace added instant atmosphere and the train carriage is so cute. The pre-cut firewood and homemade jams etc, were an unexpected bonus. Thanks so much - recommend to anyone! ”

“Heating fantastic, bed very comfortable, shower and hot water great . Clean and perfect location for what we wanted . Walking distance to main shopping area . Great cafe, Common Ground at community library. Bus services to Wellington city quick, easy and inexpensive . Perfect for our stay .”

“super cool space, great location and good value for money. Yes, it's a bit tired and some corners could do with a spruce up, but end of the day, it's a huge space with clean comfy beds, with lots of cool crazy features. Our work team of 6 had great fun staying here.”

“Sehr saubere Zimmer, alles genau so wie beschrieben, gut ausgestattete Küche, Gastgeber die jederzeit sehr schnell geantwortet haben bei Fragen”

“We have loved staying here and the property is very nice and the location is excellent.”
