I didn't like that you could only use their soap, shampoo, conditioner and dish soap and they gave you enough of these for 1 day. I understand the use of these soaps but it should have been mentioned in the literature. Also getting into bed was tough as their was about a foot of space. Next time I'd rent one of their cottages. “This place was awesome. Location was great. The only real problem I had was that "my" bed did not make the trip with us. No matter where I stay, my bed at home is always more comfortable. There is no way to fix this. It is my own personal demon. Everything was as described. The manager was easy to communicate with. I give it a 6 out of 5 stars.”

“Location was great to Key West as well as access to grocery stores. The view from the dock was spectacular. The pool was a bit small but it was not a problem as there were not alot of guests in the pool at one time. The door handle to the oven was quite loose but Melanie got it fixed quickly. Some other minor problems were the following: the clicker to open the gate didn't work, the door lock worked for 2 days but then stopped working, the can opener didn't work which was an issue because we……

“The grounds are good. The pools were clean and plenty of deck and dock space. The cottage itself needs help. It needed general maintenance on it. It needs caulking in the bathroom. It needs weather strips around door as it is not tight. There was not enough hand towels and there are no oven mitts in the kitchen. The exhaust fan has been taken out. The ceiling fan in one room only works on high. The ac vents and exhaust fan in the bathroom needs cleaning. We were happy about the porch except the……
