「We had the hotel to ourselves for the 2 nights we stayed at L’Ermitage, so our experience was extra special and the service incredibly intimate. Other travelers shouldn’t reasonably expect the same level of service, but you can rest assured that you will be well cared for and comfortable. My only caveat is the WiFi. 「La Jacotiere is a wonderful place to stay while visiting Mont-Saint-Michel. Located on the mainland, this small but lovely property is at the edge of the countryside, away from the crowds but a short walk from restaurants and the bus to Mont-Saint-Michel. It’s also walkable to the island, if preferred, and has a wonderful view of it from the grounds. To top it off, Véronique, who runs La Jacotiere, is wonderful.
