「The whole experience was excellent . The breakfast was top notch. Available mint lemon water/ coffees/ tea and hot chocolate was appreciated . The staff were all excellent. The location was great for us, nearby pub/ bars , and restaurants in walking distance. The walk to the Carnival was as expected, it’s bit physical but so picturesque . We really enjoyed the room , spacious, and all amenities were high end . 」

「All the staff here are super friendly and welcoming. The interior is very new, clean, and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was surprisingly generous. Overall, a very pleasant and enjoyable stay!」

「I was assigned a room next to the elevators. Have much noise during the day inside room. Decent toiletries and high quality towels. I like hotel lobby and the rest area given guest to have self serviced coffee and tea. Good location to access to popular street and cafe. Attentive valet service. One thing to complain is overcharging me wine vending machine. Appealed to the front desk. Yet to wait for refund.」

「The staff was lovely, room clean and well appointed with a view of the river and little balcony. I liked the heated floors in the bathroom and my husband loved the bath tub. As a tea drinker, I also appreciated a separate tea kettle so the tea water doesn’t taste of coffee Location was excellent 」

「On the river was beautiful, the view from room and terrace were spectacular, ( be mindful Of big cruise ships because it will block view) restaurant options were so close,(be mindful of the ambiance you want,, romantics verse country bar with wings)nice shops and souvenir shops were plenty. People were friendly. Easy access to funicular for travel Between uptown and downtown! Although walk down was much easier than walk up if you want to try! Host was awesome, Pierre was perfect! 」

「This apartment was in the best location. It's within walking distance to everything. It was well stocked for cooking and had all the amenities we needed for our 8 night stay. The only negative thing I have to say is that the couch is not comfortable at all and the cushions fall off whenever you try to sit on it. Overall, the experience was very positive and I would stay here again. Hopefully, there will be a new couch soon. :)」

「We booked last minute for the winter carnival and there were only very few rooms left. The staff was so nice to accommodate us upon checking in. She asked us which floor we want. But when we realized that the room that was initially given was far from the hotel entrance, she was so nice to gave us another room. Breakfast is not included. However, they give free coffee and some fruits and drinks in the morning!」
