“Loved staying at this location! Easy walks to everything downtown. Right across the street from the Gold Rush Cafe! Awesome breakfast!! Other restaurants, shops, entertainment venues close by. We did venture out to the Purple Toad Winery and Red’s Donuts (must go early for best variety!) Yum! Also a short ride away is Metropolis, if you are a Superman fan! Paducah is a fun area to explore!”

“Really fun area and close to everything. You will enjoy the downtown and all of the friendly interesting people. The place is beautiful, trendy and fun. Be prepared for some outside noise and bustle but it's really part of the experience.”

“The house was perfect, very clean and had everything we needed. The lake was so peaceful and we enjoyed hanging out on the screened in porch. The hot tub was great after long hikes at several of the nearby state parks. Highly recommend this property and I hope to be back again soon!”

This property met all expectations and even exceeded some The cottage was clean and equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The mist rising over the lake in the mornings was absolutely beautiful. We enjoyed the kayaks, fishing, the hot tub and the quiet of the lake. I would highly recommend this accommodation. “Everything here was above and beyond nicer than home. Such a beautiful property and wonderful host. We loved it here! We enjoyed making breakfast in the kitchen which had everything we could need and Kiwi our pup loved the yard. Seriously would give this place 6 stars if I could. “We enjoyed our stay at the house on Hohman lake. The house was clean and well maintained. The owners are great to work with and very responsive! The hot tub developed a leak and they were there promptly to check it out and had fixed it quickly! We were there during the eclipse and they even provided eclipse glasses. The lake is a nice lake to kayak on. This was our second stay at one of their properties on the lake and look forward to coming back again!”

“There were 6 of us late 50's to early 70's. We there to attend the AQS Quilt Show in Paducah. We were surprised and a bit troubled the bedrooms were upstairs. The stairs are extremely steep and was difficult for us to go up and down. We did bring a cot along and was glad we did for our 6th person as the sofa bed did not appear to sleep 2 comfortably. Otherwise everything else was enjoyable.”
