“Liked how the staff upgraded us and were responsive to our feedback. Liked the bed and linen, and how, mostly, the apartment was clean. Liked how Oulton Broad North railway station was walkable, and how room 11 has a parking space - if hard to find and quite tight. The place was good value. Not so good: There was a stained grey rug in the living area that needs replacing. We didn’t have a tea towel or oven gloves until we asked. There was no bath mat - and not enough hooks to hang towels on.”

“This hotel is quiet and service is good, but the hotel itself; the room and facilities are aged. ”

“Perfect stay, clean and comfortable. Would return.”

“Very nice home and clean and the host was always responsive and helpful if needed to know anything”

“Great holiday base. Loved the cinema room. Could do with a second fridge for drinks. That would make it perfect.”

“A great base for a visit to Lowestoft. Early morning views from Pakefield cliffs are amazing. The house is in a quiet road and parking was easy for us. Pakefiepld has many little gems and it is worth exploring the nearby streets for Victoria architectural gems.”

“Had a great time in The Little House, perfect location for me and my dog. The sandy/grassy area before the beach is perfect for an active canine, and beyond the beach stretches as far as the eye can see in either direction. I did think the accommodation had wifi (an oversight on my part), but that wasn't a big problem. Great TV with Freeview - tho there is a knack to getting the handset the work - you need to know where to aim it! If I went again I would take a head torch and my dog's flashing……

“Lovely house and lovely location. Two mins to the Jolly Sailors pub and three mins to the beach. Lots to explore in Suffolk and Norfolk, so idea location.”
