Our stay at Escarlet Hotel was absolutely amazing from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with such warmth and professionalism by the hotel manager, Kirby, and the receptionist. Kirby truly went above and beyond, he personally shared his contact information and made himself available whenever we needed anything, which made us feel incredibly valued and cared for throughout our stay. The room and bathroom were spotless, beautifully maintained, and extremely comfortable. Room service was offered at our convenience, adding to the ease and relaxation of the experience. The pool area was lovely, well-kept, and accessible 24/7, perfect for unwinding at any time of day. Breakfast each morning was another highlight. We were greeted daily by the most pleasant waitress and chef, whose hospitality made the experience even more enjoyable. There were plenty of options to choose from, the food was served hot and quickly, and every meal was absolutely delicious with generous portions. The entire team truly extended themselves to ensure we had a wonderful experience. Their attentiveness, kindness, and dedication to service made our trip unforgettable. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would highly recommend Escarlet Hotel to anyone looking for exceptional hospitality.

The room was spacious, but the bathroom was very small. Breakfast was great and a definite highlight. Unfortunately, management and service need improvement. The AC in our room was not working, and despite multiple calls and messages, no one responded, leaving us without AC for the night. Housekeeping was only provided after we requested it following an AC leak. After-hours support was essentially non-existent.

Had a wonderful stay at the hotel. Room was large, but the shower stall was a bit small. Would suggest a little shelf to store foodstuff. Otherwise, the pool was lovely, breakfast was delicious and well portioned. Staff were friendly and accommdating. Jay, Kirby, Joshua and the chef were all very friendly and helpful. Will definitely be returning!

Everything was god, the only bad thing was there were lots of mosquitoes in the room. They did spray a few times, but they kept coming back. Other than that it was a good experience. Front desk was also very nice and attentive. Pool was also nice and warm.

You feel welcome the way they greet you.The chef made sure you are satisfied with your delicious cook to order local meal.The hotel is very clean ,modern well taught, decorated and designed.Rooms are spacious.The bathroom is small the shower could been a little bigger in my opinion . The bed was comfortable.The exterior is just as the pictures ,just beautiful. There is a swim up bar you can connect your phone to their speaker as well.Only negative the roads getting there needs to be paved and they need a larger secured parking lot .You will not regret staying in this clean ,welcoming relaxed atmosphere.I definitely recommend this hotel.
