"We were caught off guard as we thought this was a typical hotel. It was run more like an air b&b. You get a code to the main entrance and your room. Our room was a bit difficult to find as we had to go down, then past a bar and the gym before entering another locked door to access our room. Our room was nicely decorated and clean, but we surprised by the waterbed. And the barn door that covers either the bathroom or the shower - and the glass shower didn’t have a door. We also didn’t expect the room to be half basement and at street level where we could hear people walking by. Noise wasn’t a big problem as it was pretty quiet after the bar restaurant closed. I wouldn’t say it was necessarily bad. Just not what we expected, and really not for us."

"We only stayed one night, but the Williamsport location we stayed in was very nice. From the front lobby to the pool to our room was spotlessly clean and fresh. The beds were quite comfortable as well. The staff was friendly and helpful. Plus, it was right across the street from my son’s school so added bonus."

"Staff was very helpful and resolved queries promptly. The property was clean but needs replacement at certain points. We didn’t get a chance to try the food at the onsite restaurant but it was good to know that it was open until 10pm on a Sunday evening when almost all the restaurants in the neighborhood were closed at 7-8pm."

"Everything was great! We even added an extra day with no problems. We were able to get an early check in, which was awesome! The kayaks were great and the creek was fun! Real plus we had no biting flies!!! Loved the games at night too. We definitely over packed for this place, lol, they had a lot. Grill was nice. We have rented a lot of places and this is the first we could actually use the grill! Thanks for the great time!"
