「Extremely clean and excellent location near campus. 」

「We spent the night in this open, roomy apartment. The kitchen was easy to use with a nice dining area. Both bedrooms are roomy and well lit at night with outside flood lights shining in the slat shades. The shampoo/soap/ conditioner in the bathrooms are not labeled so good luck. I might stay again if curtains were installed and bathrooms updated. 」

「Due to an issue with VRBO, the property I originally reserved was double booked, but the property manager offered me an even nicer property in the same area for the same price, she allowed me to extend my stay for a week while I was organizing my move-in and closing on a house, for the same price as well. Very friendly and accomodating property manager.」

「This property was clean and, easy to access. The communication was easy and accurate with the owner. It is not in the most desirable part of town! We would have really loved it to have a fan in the bedrooms, as we had a hard time getting the rooms cool on the evening of arrival.There is not an ice maker, so please prepare for that....We did use the pool one afternoon and it was filthy. Other than that, we had an enjoyable stay and the actual unit was very clean.」

「We were there when Lubbock got a foot of snow and Amanda was kind and gracious to accommodate us for two extra nights because our flights were canceled. 」
