Switched room 2 times. Couldn't even open the door to the first room Second room had no phone, tv was disassembled, extra tv laying on the chair. Third room again no phone, sink drained extremely slowly, toilet didn't completely flush.

Front desk clerk screamed at wife telling her to leave because she asked for the room that was reserved when he gave her a different one. She left and went to another hotel. She had to call the police to meet her back at Baymont to get her drivers license because he wouldn’t give it back when asked for it before she left. Very frightened of the man. The police said they were very aware of that hotel and they had problems there frequently.

There was flies all over my room, stains on the bedsheets, the ceiling paint was falling on us as we slept, the room reeked of cigarettes no matter how much we sprayed febreeze and had multiple crack heads knocking on our door throughout the night. Wouldn’t recommend to stay here

The room was filthy and so gross.. so many crack heads and homeless around looked like prostitution happening in the rooms, very scary and the worse experience I’ve ever had.

Had a problem with my room with roaches and mouse’s and went to go ask for another the guy at the front desk was not helping us at all and told my wife to shut up because every new room that he gave us was not clean or somebody else was in it

Not what we expected. Bad rooms, not clean at all. Dirty , bathroom not clean . And towels were thin and rought. Beds were rough. People were nice but a Big No.

This property has rats and roaches in the room on top of constant traffic outside of homeless people and drug addicts. I also found what I was told was a crack pipe by the police officer, I called to make a report of what I found in my room in the closet. I deserve a full refund and M unsure of using Expedia website to book another room anywhere else if this is the type of hotels they have on their website. Very disappointed.

We checked in and were given room 173. It was in horrible condition, water had been in the sink for who knows how long, it was dirty and had a horrible smell. Our room was switched and the condition was better, but this room had duct tape on the curtains, stained walls, a bad smell, a broken lock, and a broken bed frame. Horrible place to stay. Do not recommend
