Fully furnished, this home has it all and it's just waiting for you to book it!

The Space:
Celebrity Stay is the place to see and be seen! Located in the heart of Tech Terrace, this home sleeps up to 7 people with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths and has extra sleeping space with two couches!

The living room has a stylish couch and love seat to enjoy the 65-inch smart TV with all the streaming apps downloaded. You are more than welcome to log into your personal account or use the screen mirroring function on tablets and laptops, since we do not provide cable. The internet in this property is fast and you're welcome to hook up your laptop or gaming system to the TV as well. Just don't forget to log out after your stay!

Between the two living rooms is the kitchen that comes stocked with all the cooking basics you will need to cook a meal during your stay. A stove, fridge, dishwasher, drip coffee maker, and other appliances make this kitchen easy and convenient to cook in. The dining table sits just beyond the kitchen and allows seating for up to 6 and can also double as a place to setup your laptop and work from home.

The master features a king sized bed, while the second bedroom has a queen and the third features a queen and a twin bed.

Both bathrooms are clean and stocked with all the toiletries one might need throughout their stay. Shampoo and body wash are provided in each of the bathrooms.

The backyard has a concrete porch and covered patio. A gas grill is available for use during your stay. Please be sure to clean it up after use! Guests may bring lawn chairs and such to enjoy the outdoors in the fenced yard.

A free in-unit washer and dryer is also available for guests to use as well as an iron and ironing board.They are located in the second living area space through a side door.

You're welcome to park in the driveway or along the street. Please make sure that when parking on the street that you are facing the correct direction and at least 3ft from curbs to avoid being ticketed.

For security purposes, there is a camera that records with motion looking over the front and back entry doors.

**Please do not have mail sent to this property as we do not have the mailbox keys. If you are needing something delivered from USPS, you will need to contact the local post office to make pickup arrangements.**

We supply freshly laundered linens, bedding, and towels for all of our guests. We also supply paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, dish soap, and hand soap for a short stay. Long-term stays will need to replenish latter items at their own expense.

Although often there will be a variety of condiments, such as coffee, etc., we cannot guarantee what will be available.

Parties are strictly prohibited and any violation of this rule will result in an immediate $500 fee.

This property is not pet friendly so please plan on making other arrangements for your pets. There will not be any exceptions made to this rule as the owner has severe allergies and any violations will be charged an immediate $250 fee.

Celebrity Stay is located in the sought after Historic Tech Terrace Neighborhood. Located within walking distance to local coffee shops, restaurants, grocery stores, and a few blocks from a bus stop, making this convenient to surrounding amenities.

Getting Around:
Celebrity Stay is located close to everything. Main roads University and 19th Street are nearby as well as Loop 289 and the Marsha Sharp Freeway. Quick access to everything Lubbock has to offer! Other than Uber Lubbock has City Bus Transportation. The bus stop is located on 20th and Akron.

Parties are strictly prohibited and any violation of this rule will result in an immediate $500 fee.

This property is not pet friendly so please plan on making other arrangements for your pets. There will not be any exceptions made to this rule and any violations will be charged an immediate $250 fee. Service animals will be required to show proof of registration BEFORE booking.

Host-Initiated Cancellation Policy
While we make every effort to honor all confirmed reservations, there may be rare instances where cancellation is necessary due to unforeseen circumstances.

In the event that we must cancel your reservation, the following terms apply:

Full Refund: Guests will receive a 100% refund of any payments made toward the reservation.
No Additional Liability: Our responsibility is limited strictly to the refund of monies paid. We are not liable for any additional costs incurred by the guest as a result of the cancellation, including but not limited to alternative accommodations, transportation, or other travel-related expenses.
Best Efforts to Assist: In the event of a cancellation, we will make reasonable efforts to offer alternative accommodations within our property network, if available, but we cannot guarantee availability or rates.
Force Majeure Clause: We reserve the right to cancel the reservation due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to property damage, utility failures, natural disasters, or changes in local regulations that affect short-term rentals.
Sale of Property: In the event the property is sold prior to your scheduled stay, and the new owner chooses not to honor future reservations, we reserve the right to cancel your booking. In such cases, you will receive a full refund of any payments made, but we will not be held responsible for securing alternate accommodations or covering any associated costs.
Removal from Rental Market: We reserve the right to cancel reservations if the property is permanently or temporarily removed from the short-term rental market for any reason. Should this occur, a full refund will be issued, and no further compensation or liability will be assumed.

By confirming your reservation, you acknowledge and accept these terms.

Check-in information, including the keypad code, will be sent before your check-in date. We reserve the right to decline any alteration request.

There is a camera on the outside of the house overlooking the driveway. It records with motion.

House Rules:
- No pets! Unauthorized pets will result in a $250 fee.
- No house parties. Unauthorized parties will result in an immediate $500 fine plus damages.
- No smoking inside the property.
- No excessive volume that would disturb the neighbors.
- Clean up after yourself. This includes all dishes and food items.
- If you break something, message us and let us know immediately.
