Lubbock Hotel with Pool

"The hotel room was dirty, with dust on the tables and around the lamp. The bed sheet was stained, and the room smelled bad. It was just minimal. Even the entrance floor and the elevator were stained and dirty. The whole hotel was smelling weird. I’ll never go back again."

"Nice hotel but needs some maintenance. Lift not working from 1st floor . Washing machine broken, no soap or dryers in public toilets. Staff were nice and room was clean "

"I would leave zero stars if i could. I booked 3 rooms for my friends and I. The rooms are in desperate need of an update and a deep cleaning. My room was clean enough for the one night we stayed, my friends was so disgusting it wasn’t reasonable to ask her to stay there, so she left. Its been 3 weeks now that weve been fighting with this hotel and corporate to get a refund for an unused, deplorable room. On top of that, the elevator is bound to break at any second and breakfast quite literally gave my husband and i food poisoning. I will NEVER stay in a best western again after this experience."
