“it’s ok…room was clean. staff friendly. Property was in bad shape. Bird poop and feathers all along the entrance to the place. We traveled with a dog and the dog area was DISGUSTING!”

“Good clean rooms and the breakfast was very good! Outside benches need some cushions for sure. Bar needs a little better selection of hard alcohol. Staff was very nice check in was easy, Rooms nice and quiet and spacious. We will stay again when in Lubbock”

“Matted gross carpet. No suitcase platform thing every other hotel has. No pen or paper in the room. Stained towels. Other than that the property is quiet and clean. And free (slow) charging for EVs. The paid breakfast is underwhelming and the coffee is terrible. Wasn’t cheap enough to justify the liabilities. Probably will skip next time through town. Also more small annoyances…. When you call the number for the hotel guess what you don’t get the hotel. Waste of time to actually get the front……

“IT was a fun stay but I don't think the price matched the quality of the room. The furniture was old, it smelled kind of funky and the elevator was sketchy. The breakfast, live intertainment and free drinks were pretty cool though. Over all I would stay there again if the prices were lower.”

“Very sketchy, room was hot, had ac at 68 and still was hot. Breakfast was disgusting! Looked like it had been sitting there all night. Definitely not a place for kids! Guy at front desk asking for personal information even after booking through Expedia. Just a weird vibe.”
