Hotel is new so the facilities are good and well prepared. Very close to the central station a a walkable distance from the old town. No amenities in the room.

Super hotel

Excellent location just 10 minutes from the old town of Lubeck. Excellent breakfast ( one of the best I have experienced and I do travel a lot. Room was excellent. Finally, the personell was very nice and service oriented. I fully reccomend this hotel.

Economic yet comfortable

Very well designed room which was comfortable although small. Great shower and a very comfy mattress. Service in the hotel was really good. It was very clean. At this price, thoroughly recommend. Great location too, just over the river from the Aldstadt.

Appreciated cleanliness, desk staff, phone, kettle, mini frig, safe, quiet, comfortable bed & pillows, good shower, sliding bathroom door, traditional coat hangers, temperature control & perfect location for walking to sites & using trains. Small space was set up well aside from chair at desk blocks getting around bed & doors on cabinets being in the way. Better to have no doors for easy access & more space.

Newly opened, clean, modern and fresh, with very friendly staff. Located a stone's throw from the old town. Parking garage very close by that is locked at night. Would recommend a stay at this affordable hotel and would one hundred percent stay again.

Excellent location within walking distance of the city centre and the building is new and in great condition. Our room was very clean and comfortable, very good bed and the shower pressure was fantastic! Only issue was the lack of replenishment of room items even when a room tidy was requested (and they don’t make the bed!). Staff in general were very friendly and helpful, but a special mention for Julia who worked late afternoon evening 1st - 4th May during our stay. She was always friendly and answered many questions for us and was quick to assist us when needed, exceptional service!

Good location, friendly staff, parking close witch was good. Rooms clean and nice. Breakfast extreamly expensive, not worth it. And the room was very warm, aircon was very loud but no cooling effect, got some help from the staff to lower temp, but did not work.

Scarce staff service in a very well placed hotel

The hotel itself has a great location if you travel by train (my case) since is just next to Lubeck Central Station. Great room and very clean with modern shower. However, staff service is VERY POOR!!! It ruins your day!!!! Couple of examples: 1) At check-in, lady at reception asked for ID but gave me a form to compile with every single detail that, anyway, was on my ID (birthday, complete address, nationality, etc) When I said that it was all in my ID and scanning it would reduce time and effort she said: "we don't do it" in bad mode and without any kindness. 2) Check-out was set at 12.00, fine! I had cleaning guy knocking my door because he wanted to clean twice: at 11.30 (when I said I was leaving at 12) and, AGAIN!, at 12.01 when I was zipping up my sweater to leave!!!! They were in a hurry to clean and don't pay a dime for customer satisfaction... Unbelievable!!!! All in one, it's not a 4 stars hotel's staff

I enjoyed my stay and would stay there again! This is a new hotel - the staff was very welcoming and friendly, check-in was easy. The room was very clean (no carpet other than a small one in front of the bed) with a perfect shower! The room has a small fridge and an electric water kettle. The hotel is right between the train station and the bus terminal and a ~ 20 minute walk away from the old city. It is ideal when using public transportation. There is a public parking garage across from the hotel ($ 12 per day, no in-and-out privileges) however, paying with my credit card did not work and the machine does not take cash. There is a large open parking lot within a 5-10 minutes walk ($ 5 per day). There are several options to get some food / snacks: The hotel offers breakfast, some dinner options, and a bar. The mini market in the train station is open until 10 pm and there are a few other options to get food.
