“Usually a nice hotel thats usually busy with kids sports teams. Last night was out of control with the amount of kids running and yelling down the hallways and outside until almost midnight. Staff was nowhere to be found”

“Unique place to stay however we were in the other building not the main house. Rooms were small, heater/air conditioner runs all the time. Bed not comfortable.”

“Staff was helpful finding a restaurant that we wouldn’t have to deal with the construction. The room we were booked into was not what I had expected so they were able to accommodate us with the room we wanted. The only complaint I have is their Kleenex is terrible . The toilet paper and napkins was softer then the Kleenex.”

“The room was not cleaned. Garbage bin was full. The bedding and towels with heirs. AC was broken. The recepnionist could not find my booking for 15 minutes in computer.”

“We had a King Loft which was very spacious. We were able to control the temperature in the room easily - I've stayed places where that was not the case. Access to the hotel entrance and to the room is digital -- they send you the code when you check in. The location is within walking distance of the Grand Theatre which is why we stayed there. Right across the street is the Covent Garden Market. It poured rain the whole weekend so the Market was handy for breakfast and then for dinner.”
