“They double booked my room, so I did not get the room I paid for. They shut breakfast down a half an hour early, night staff did warn us about it. The hot tub was closed for maintenance. My room was clean, bed comfortable, what food we were able to get, was good. But my disappointment for not getting the room I paid for, a jacuzzi tub room, overshadowed everything else. ”
