The hotel was so clean ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️and maintained well with the staff .There is an outside pool that looks beautiful from the top as it is a heart shaped . Although , I did not managed to use it as we only had a limited time ..
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. The staff that we met with my daughter in the reception from day one till we checked out had loads of patience. 😊😊😊😊😊Every time I go and ask for questions they are really helpful in translating it to English from Chinese . They both wears a smile and willing to help .The shuttle is free going to Disneyland Shanghai.( only around 18 minutes from this hotel)
There are options in the buffet breakfast , so you can choose what you want .
I hope I took a photo with the two staff that accommodated as when we arrived so I can ask for their names .They are pretty , always wears a smile and are willing to help . I have left the Teddy Stuff toy in the room and is waiting for it to get arranged and shipped.
I will recommend it for travellers whether for group of friends, single , couple or family groups .So , if you visit Shanghai -do book here.
