「This condo feels like home. The furniture is comfortable. The kitchen has the necessities. The condo is gated in a quiet neighborhood. The pool is gorgeous and perfectly maintained. The outdoor deck is set up for dining and sunning with table, bar, and lounge chairs. The mango tree adjacent to the deck area is heavy with fruit, but it is still to early to enjoy. The condo’s host is responsive and helpful. I couldn’t ask for a better home away from home!」

「I had a very disappointing experience at this property and would not recommend it.
The overall condition of the property was far below what was advertised. It is clear that the place has not been properly cleaned or maintained for quite some time. There was visible dust buildup throughout the property, including vents and surfaces, which made the environment feel dirty and neglected.

「Beautiful apartment, clean and well stocked with dishes, utensils, and toiletries. There are little markets along the street and a large supermarket a few minutes drive away. We had a car during our stay so we were able to get to Belize city in about 15 minutes. I would definitely stay here again.」

「My wife and I found James and Audrey’s place very reasonably priced and quite comfortable. It was spotless with very nice amenities. Quick and easy access to the airport and very peaceful. James is an excellent host and we would definitely do this again!」

「Could not find this place with my google map, host seemed friendly when we eventually got in touch, but it was getting dark, could not reach host by phone, and we did not feel safe in that community to keep looking for the house. Ended up renting a hotel. Probably a good spot, just a bad experience for us. Never did find the place.」
