Cute, cozy getaway right in downtown Ludlow
Cute, cozy, and very clean space was perfect for a romantic getaway. Spacious common room and open kitchen amply stocked allowed us to cook in, as well as being centrally located so we just had to step out our door to walk to local restaurants and bars. Okemo mountain is just minutes away!

Loved it!

Updated interior and a fireplace! Clean, modern kitchen and walkable to restaurants. Loved the river behind the place. There is a bar within the complex and a live band one night - a little noisy, but we used the fan provided when we went to bed. Would stay again.

Perfect Location
This is our 2nd time staying at Wendi's place in Ludlow, and we just love it. Everything is clean and modern, it's in the perfect location in the middle of town, about 3 minutes from the Okemo Main Lodge, and the fireplace seals the deal with the endless supply of wood. Checking in was super easy, we had no issues, and can't wait to come back.

Cozy place to stop
We had a lovely stay at Wendi’s place. It was cute and cozy and well decorated. The beds were comfortable and warm and the water was hot. We loved having a wood burning fire! There was a little bit of road noise at night, but the sound machines in each room came in handy and took care of it. We would definitely stay again.

Beautiful place!
What a great place! Although the lobby area is a bit dated, and the front access does not have a ramp ( heavy bags are tough to get up the steps), once you are inside all cares drift away. Beautiful decorating, comfy furniture, a well appointed kitchen, and soft bedding and towels make the stay top notch! I wish we would have had more time there, and time to explore the town.

Wonderful space!
We were two couples in the area for a wedding. The accommodations had plenty of room for all of us to sit and visit. There was also a full kitchen and very comfortable beds! The location is perfect. There is a great breakfast & lunch spot at the end of the building. It is also within walking distance of other restaurants and shops! Wendi was very responsive whenever I had questions leading up to our stay.

We had a very pleasant stay. The unit was beautifully decorated, comfortable, and had good amenities. The location is prime. Conveniently located to all restaurants, attractions in the area, and Okemo. I would recommend like a couple of things. The front door sticks and pan check in we thought the lock wasn’t working because we couldn’t open the door. I would recommend notifying guess prior to arrival. I would also sure fans are in each bedroom. It was a very hot day in the high 80s and 70 at night. Even with the window open we were very hot. I think a bathmat in the bathroom would be good. I would definitely recommend this property.

Perfect spot for Ludlow
I have been going to Okemo for about 25 years - first with my mother as a child growing up and now with my friends at least once during the ski season. I can honestly say that this is the prime location for spending any time in Ludlow - 2 minutes from the base of Okemo and within walking distance of adorable local shops, galleries, restaurants, bars, supermarket, and anything else you may need. It's very rare to find anyplace in a ski town to stay where you can park your car for your entire visit and not worry about driving at all. The central location just made everything that much easier, especially after a long day on the slopes! Also, parking was extremely easy in the front lot and made for convenient loading and unloading of equipment. Also, the renovated space in this historic building that served as a woolen mill and is (in my opinion) the landmark of Ludlow that I always remember, is absolutely awesome. The unit's industrial modern decor was stylish, functional and just really really cool down to every last detail! The old bones of the structure were on display, but coupled with the modern conveniences of electronic locks on the front door and keypad to enter, brand new kitchen appliances, flat screen wall mounted TV with roku and solid wifi. Both bedrooms were cozy, clean and had the perfect amount of closet and dresser space. Plenty of extra linens and towels, as well as shower necessities, kitchen essentials and anything else you could need. The entryway was perfect for a ton of heavy jackets, wet boots and shoes, ski equipment and the essential bench to take things on and off before entering the living space. Just a great layout in general and excellent use of the space - topped off with an actual wood burning fire place! Finally, it was extremely easy communicating with the property manager and the check-in details were specific, easy to follow, and left no questions unanswered before arrival. Check-out details and instructions were equally clear and made for an overall hassle-free, stress-free experience. Can't wait to stay here again!!

Small, efficient, not quiet
This small apartment faces the stoplight in Ludlow, and the highway noise from trucks will interrupt light sleepers. The apartment was clean, host was attentive, very professional. The rooms were small and efficient, like a Days Inn.

Great for a short stay
Beautifully designed and supplied. Comfortable beds and good quality linens. Easy access to ski area and restaurants. Everything was wonderful until the evening. Thumping sounds and excessive heat made it difficult to sleep. How about room darkening shades? Bathroom sink faucet was loose. Thank you for your hospitality and convenient parking.

Great end to our ski season!
The Mill is a unique property perfectly located on Main St. in Ludlow. We had plenty of parking out front and Wendi was a great host providing directions for everything we needed! There are numerous restaurants and options to eat steps from the unit. That said, many restaurants had limited hours of operations which was a bit odd (not sure if this is because of the time/season?) but we grabbed some items from Shaws right next door and were able to enjoy some homemade apres snacks in the unit (outside of the wings and local beer at Tom’s which were awesome) using the stocked kitchen. We skied Okemo which was conveniently located just down the street and had a blast. Unit had great Wi-Fi connection, and our party has numerous streaming subscriptions so we had plenty of options to kick back and relax at night. The only minor issue we had was keeping the wood fire going. The logs/wood provided by the building was cut a bit thick and caked in dirt so the fire wouldn’t sustain. We ended up buying a couple bundles at Shaws that had smaller, cleaner logs which did the trick. We would definitely both return and recommend this unit to others for its well decorated and appointed style, great location and host in Wendi!

Beautifully renovated
From the outside the place looks old and worn down. The hallways are the same. But once you step inside, it's a different world. Wendi did a beautiful job renovating this place from top to bottom. It's one of the best VRBO stays I've had! The kitchen and supplies were spotless, the bedrooms and bathroom were all brand new and everything beautifully decorated. Overall extremely comfortable! I highly recommend this place.

Appartment was renovated and very comfortable. The overall property, the building and the outside area, needs renovation. There is a plant growing out of the chimney. The apartment was great though and we had an excellent stay.

"Bucket List Trip" One more destination checked off our list of travel destinations
We were planning on traveling up RT100 and this condo was perfectly placed for our journey. The condo is in an "Old Mill", however do not let the outside of the building and the hallway scare you!!! Once you enter the unit you will be happily amazed, the owners took their time refinishing the place. They used nothing short of the highest grade materials. It is worthy of being featured in a magazine. The location is great with lots of resturants, Dunkin Donuts, Quaint little shops, and even a gas station all just steps form "The Mill"

As close to okemo as you can get without being on the mountain
If you’re looking to visit okemo mountain then Wendi’s place is right for you. Less than a 3 minute drive you’ll be on the slopes in no time! Wendi keeps the place comfortable, clean, and relaxing after a long day on the mountain. After your long day, sit in front of the fireplace and take in the warmth. Make sure to figure out meal plans early though as most shops close and/or sell out. The cookster is by far a favorite so make sure to place an order as early as possible.

Great stay close to okemo mountain
This was a great place to stay for our trip to okemo mountain. The apartment has many nice touches to it, a well equipped kitchen, and super comfy beds. Its also a close walk to many places in town. We loved using the fireplace during the cold nights and enjoyed the atmosphere of the place. We definitely recommend this place and would stay here again!

The Mill
We just had an excellent stay at The Mill with our family. The property was very clean and had everything we needed. You can tell it was recently renovated. The location is great, right in town and very close to both bases of Okemo. We would definitely stay here again.
