A wonderful Shropshire rural retreat

The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful and the breakfasts comprehensive in the range of options available as well as being made from very fresh local ingredients ang generous in their quantities. The views over the surrounding countryside were magnificent. A lot of stairs are a problem for my wife and those at Angel House no exception. We enjoyed our stay and would readily stay there again. Our only disappointment was that we were further from the town of Ludlow than we had expected from the address and postcode. The town was not in convenient walking distance and parking was difficult, especially on market days.

A very warm welcome from the owners, lovely breakfasts and a real home from home without the work. Very spacious room, wonderful views and extremely comfortable bed. What more do you want?

Best B&B we have stayed in. Greeted with tea on the terrace overlooking amazing countryside. Helpful booking somewhere to eat. A pity we hadn’t noticed that we could have preordered an evening meal. Looking forward to their cooked breakfast before we leave. Very spacious room in excellent decorative order. Sorry we are not staying longer.

What a welcome!

Lovely cosy b&b with very friendly owners. Was welcomed with a proper 'pot' of tea and cake. Comfy bed, fantastic view and breakfast to die for! Have already booked a return visit.

Lovely Stay

Stayed with two friends. The owners were lovely and very helpful. Nothing seemed too much trouble.The only issue was there were only two robes in the wardrobe and it was a room for 3.

Angel House the perfect B and B.

We had a wonderful time at Angel House the room was spacious and with brilliant far reaching views. The hosts were warm and welcoming with tea and home made cakes on our arrival and provided us with local knowledge of activities ,places of interest and good restaurants.Also nice little touches eg. fresh milk in a fridge on the landing with a mini bar.The breakfast was excellent with freshly laid eggs from their own chickens. We loved it and hope to return.

Perfect B&B

We were welcomed with tea and cake and shown to a large very comfortable room with fantastic views over the hills in all directions. The hosts were exceptionally attentive and informative - the amount of information available would have rivalled any tourist information office! A conservatory with amazing views and a cosy lounge were available for guests sole use. Breakfast was very good and substantial. There's plenty to see in the area and we would have no hesitation in returning to Angel Cottage for a future visit.

Lovely place and people

We were very impressed with the Angel House B&B. It was a lovely place to stay and the people were very pleasant and made our stay all the more memorable. Room was nice with a great view and the full English breakfast was superb. Would happily go back.

Quiet and Peaceful

This is a wonderful B&B with very friendly and helpful owners. The premises has been recently renovated and the room is of a very high standard, with plenty of space. Took the trouble to recommend a restaurant in the area and even booked a table for us. A word of warning - be careful what you order fro breakfast - there is nothing wrong with the quality, but the quantity would feed a normal man for 3 days! We will be recommending this B&B to others and we want to go back!

Birthday Trip

We had a wonderful stay at Angel House from start to finish! On arrival we were brought tea and cakes in the conservatory and watched a beautiful sunset. Our room was very comfortable and had stunning views of the surrounding area. Great breakfast.

Wonderful B&B

We cannot praise this B&B highly enough. Clean and spacious bedroom with wonderful views. The owners were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was both plentiful and high quality. Nothing was too much trouble. We have no hesitation in recommending this property to anyone.

A brilliant find.

A warm welcome with tea and cake the owners really make this B&B. They check constantly that you have everything you need and go the extra mile. They recommended a place to eat and booked a table for us - it was perfect. Breakfast was well cooked with quality ingredients with lots of choice. The views are oustanding. The B&B is well located for Ludlow and we also called in Bridgenorth on our way to The David Austin Rose garden at Albrighton. We will definitely return if a B&B is required in this area.

Spectacular Views

Absolutely first class, everything had been well thought out, little extras available to purchase via honesty box, huge room . Super breakfast but most of all the welcome from Nick and the attitude to ensure that EVERYTHING would be done to ensure a good stay. This has to be the BEST B&B we have stayed in. 5 stars all the way !!!

Lovely place to stay

For us it was absolutely perfect. The room was comfortable,clean and had lovely views. There were lots of little extras. A lot of care and thought has gone into this business so we would definately stay again.
