Great location

Only disappointment was that I specifically asked about the fireplace and firewood. When I got there I was told all of the fireplaces were inspected and listed unusable two weeks before my stay.

Super Convenient!

Property couldn’t have gotten closer to the mountain! Very easy with kids. Condo is a good size - for a small family. Fireplace unable to be used. Interior a bit dated and check in process was not smooth. Front desk put us in the wrong unit and someone was already staying there.

Awesome ski access!

We loved Okemo and the space we had. The only trouble we had was the parking was across the street and down a ways. This made logistics a bit tricky but we made it work. It was clear in the description that there is no elevator, but it does "hit home" when you're lugging ski stuff up 3 flights. That said, check-in was easy down at Jackson Gore Rd, the location for skiing was fantastic, and The Loft Tavern was very reasonable and had great food and service. Note: When you check in at Jackson Gore you may feel jealous since it's beautiful there, BUT, the skiing access is much better and the restaurant does not have typical "ski resort" pricing and is very warm and welcoming!

Look elsewhere you can do better

The condo was NOT the one in the photos offered when we were making the booking, so do not count on this renter who has multiple similar units to show you what you will get. The unit was tired. The furniture was old, scratched up, and in need of replacement. There were wires hanging all over the place from each of the TVs. One coat hanger in all the closets, but it didn’t matter that much because the closets were full of junk. The unit needs a complete makeover.

Decent

Nicely located but a couple of issues. Found food in the freezer upon arrival. Limited ventilation in indoor stairwell not ideal for COVID. Saw some hairs in bathroom. Parking about 1/4 mile from the entrance. Check in is at Jackson Gore, this should be specified in the check-in instructions which say either Jackson Gore or guest services at base. COVID regulations at Jackson Gore not done that well. I you are very concerned about COVID this likely is not the best place to stay.
