A hotel i would certainly recommend.

The hotel was very clean. The staff were the best. I had breakfast there everyday and it was very enjoyable. The rooms were kept in a very clean state. I was highly delighted with this hotel.

Lovely hotel with good access to old town. Single room expensive for the very compact room and bathroom but was very modern and nicely appointed. 20 min flat walk to rail station, bit far with a head wind and heavy luggage. No lift, steep stairs but staff help with luggage.

As the names says, this is a beautiful building near the centre of Lubeck. We had a delightful big room with large windows and plenty of space. Breakfast was excellenr, service excellent in lovely English. A very pleasant stay.

Really nice stay. Location was excellent and there is parking nearby. Receptionist was extremely informative, sweet and helpful, and she spoke excellent English. Breakfast was ok, a little of everything. Room was big and spacious. Loved the detail on the bathroom with women’s hygiene products 👍👍👍 the street we had window down too, was quiet I will recommend and definitely be back.

Elegant and beautiful hotel in a lovely city

The hotel is perfectly located for the old city. We had the Deluxe Room and all the details were perfect - bathrobes, slippers, two sinks, huge shower and bath with luxurious toiletries. The decor was modern with a hint of tradition. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. We could hear birds in the morning and the bells of the cathedral. Wonderful sunset over the city skyline. A truly luxurious, indulgent and relaxing stay

I didn't like this hotel, although I will be objective and note that the hotel is newly refurbished and the staff was friendly and made an effort. The single room is really tiny, it's only possible to sleep there, and even that is uncomfortable. It was unpleasant that my room wasn't cleaned, not even the trash was taken out. It turns out that the room is only cleaned if you hang a sign on the door. On the second day, I saw this sign hidden behind the door. But if that’s your tradition, you should have informed me of it at check-in. However, the worst thing is that the only type of blanket in the hotel is a heavy down duvet. On a hot day, when it’s 25°C outside and 19°C at night, it caused me a sleepless night. When I asked for a summer blanket, I was told there were none. This ruined my impression of the hotel.

Lovely little hotel

Lovely little hotel, very centrally located. Only issue is that hotel has no parking, which is not an issue for most of the year, but is a major issue during weekends in December as public parking is almost impossible to find.

Great little hotel in the old city

A great little hotel, well run and charming. Perfect location. Only issue is absence of free parking, which would not matter for most of the year, but at weekends in December public parking is very hard or even impossible to find.
