"Room was clean and smelled incredible. Hospitable staff, beautiful location. Best of all was the in house restaurant- if you stay on the property you must get dinner there at least once (breakfast incredible as well). Also the Divico is absolutely a must try from their wine selection."

"We had a lovely room/suite during our stay with stunning view of the lake. Breakfast was a highlight every morning with a wonderful selection of hot and cold options. The staff in the restaurant were very attentive. An enjoyable stay."

"Everything was fine and the location is really good. The young woman who checked us in was absolutely excellent. She sorted through the details of our rental agreement and got us checked in and up to our rooms without delay; all while welcoming guests to the restaurant for lunch. She did all of this with a very friendly attitude and a beautiful smile on her face. Every business should be so fortunate to have someone like her representing them. She deserves a great deal of credit and thanks. Fred"

"This guy s such a gem of a hotel! Love the old world charm & character, even though it’s a common complaint. It could use a bit of an update. The balcony was wonderful, as well as breakfast. The room was tiny compared to what advertised, also the A/C being turned off for good at this time year is a real head scratcher. Word of advice, we noticed the windows in the stairway were open, so we propped open the door to stairwell & kept the chain on the open door for air flow. I do agree on those weird foam pillows. Another tip, since it was still pretty warm in the room, we pulled the comforter out of the duvet, then put the folded up comforter in an extra pillow case & used it as a pillow. The duvet cover by itself was perfect. Would recommend this hotel for the hearty budget traveler. The view of the lake from the room is just epic."

"Our stay was exceptional with a nice balcony and view. The breakfast and dinner was excellent and they even provided a complimentary smart vehicle to take into the city. Nice touch."

"It was very comfortable for our family of four. It is located near the lake and has easy access to to public transportation. Desiré was amazing and went above and beyond to make our stay nice and comfortable. Grazie! Breakfast was great. We would definitely stay there again!"
