Situated at an elevation of 650 metres above sea level, this cosy 3-storey home was built in 1960 and is surrounded by lush trees, enjoying a quiet, sunny, south-west facing position on a gentle slope above the city of Lugano. The property is ideal for families and guests who appreciate a peaceful yet well-connected base from which to explore the stunning landscapes of the Swiss-Italian border region. On the lower ground floor, the sleeping arrangements include 1 double bedroom with 1 double bed measuring 2 x 90 cm with a length of 200 cm, as well as 1 additional room featuring 1 french bed measuring 140 cm in width and 200 cm in length. On the upper floor, you will find 1 small children's room equipped with 1 set of bunk beds measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length, comfortably sleeping 2 children.
