A few steps from the lake, this air-conditioned holiday apartment is the perfect budget retreat to enjoy Lugano!

The air-conditioned apartment is located on the second floor (with lift access) and offers a private balcony, where you can take the first sip of your morning coffee with lovely views. Inside, the one-bedroom apartment easily accommodates up to 4 guests and features a light and airy living room with a sofa double bed, a bright dining set up by the balcony, internet access and a Smart TV. You\'ll find all essential amenities like a dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, toaster and oven for a comfortable homestay.

The apartment’s enviable setting places guests within a 2 minutes stroll of Lugano’s popular Lido, its beautiful lakeside Parco Civico with Art Museum and the throng of boutique designer shops, international cuisine restaurants, fashionable bars and cultural attractions like Lugano’s historical centre, museums, San Lorenzo Cathedral, the terraces of Piazza della Riforma. Guests can also easily access Monte San Salvatore and Monte Bre within minutes for natural sightseeing and greenery. These magnificent summits are also ideal for hikers and cycling enthusiasts (Lugano has 300km of extensive cycling network, the biggest in Switzerland).

For visiting the other towns on Lugano Bay, the SBB FFS train is an ideal mode connecting Paradiso, Agno, Melide and more. The nearest international airport is Milan Malpensa, approximately a 75-minute drive from this holiday home in Lugano.

Home away from home

The staff were all professional, helpful and friendly. The apartment was perfectly located, clean and the kitchen was amply furnished with necessary utensils. The only things the apartment need are, 1. side stools in the sitting area, 2. bed side stools and 3. a wardrobe to hang clothes.
