Great location and Views, Views, Views.

The condo looks to be just renovated to the highest level and attention to detail. All of the windows swing open to enjoy the views and weather. Easy walk to train station and town. Gea is a pleasure to communicate with.

Lugano convenience

Simple yet elegant property convenient to public transportation and shopping. Brief walk down to groceries and restaurants, easy funicular back up. Would definitely recommend and consider returning. Thank you Gea!

Nice view and good location

First time to Lugano. Moved my daughter into Franklin University which is close. I also like the close proximity to the train station and center of town. There are serious up hill steps from the center of town to train station and apartment. So, make sure to investigate the funicular in lieu of walking up the hill. View from the apartment is very nice. The apartment is clean and perfect for our use.

Wir haben die paar Tage sehr genossen in der sehr sauberen und sehr geschmacksvoll eingerichteten Wohnung. Der Ausblick war wirklich herrlich, da hat uns der Strassenlärm überhaupt nicht gestört. In wenigen Minuten ist man mitten in Lugano, für uns war es ein perfekter Aufenthalt

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Gea’s place. The apartment was very well equipped, very clean and plenty of utensils. Sparkling water views from the balcony in the morning and lovely light over the hills in the evening. A five minute walk to the lake and town, but 15 mins back up the hill!! 😁 We would recommend a stay at Gea’s place. If you have SUV the garage is small and you would struggle to get it in (narrow). All in all really pleased and looking forward returning.
