"Very happy with Icon. Entrance and access were convenient and easy, location very good, with bus stops within a 2-3 minute walk, the Lido/Cassarate area only 12-15 minute walk, and downtown only a 20-minute or so walk. The building was modern, and accommodation was very nice. Murphy bed very comfy, good kitchen and a very good bathroom with a rain showerhead. Nothing but nice things to say...we really loved it! "

"We had a wonderful stay here. The apt had washer and dryer and very clean. It is also walking distance to the train station. We stayed here mainly to go to Lake Como and it was an easy bus trip to Mennagio. Gea was very easy to work with and gracious. The area is very quite which is nice after being around a ton of other busy places in Switzerland and Lake Como area. "

"This was one of the best rentals I have ever stayed in in my life- and I have travelled a lot! Often when you rent a place, upon arrival you discover that the photos were taken at a misleading angle, or that something about the place is not really as nice as it was spelled out to be. "This was a wonderful stay. However, if you do not have a vehicle, every trip to the city is easily $35-$50 each way. The city is very clean with great food & great service! The property manager does not respond very quickly. I needed a taxi and never got a response. If we go back to Lugano, we will stay closer to town!!"
