“We did enjoy our stay. The washer and dryer was a plus. Beds were soft. Living area clean. Coffee pot avaiable, so bring your own coffee. We would stay here again. A little pricey in general, but with that being said, I believe we got more for our our money compared to other hotels in the same area that were even more expensive than Ironworks. Public parking was 30 dollars a day, instead of 45 dollars a day at the other hotels. Ironworks coffeehouse coffee was delicious. The location from the……

“Personally I wouldn’t do it again. The space was clean and worked for our short work trip. I never write reviews but I want to make it clear to others that the 2 bedroom unit has doors that once opened up directly to the outside the main entry for everyone. All three nights there was a homeless man sleeping directly outside that door, and as two young women in a new place it was concerning. I asked about a closer option and was told this was the nearest and only available alternative. With limited time to research, we accepted in good……

“The property was perfect location! We could walk to everything and we didn’t hear any city noise. The space was perfect, I liked the fact it was an apartment and not a traditional hotel. Great if you’re staying for more than a day or two.”

“There was no linen for the pullout bed. I contacted the host and no-one ever got back to me. Unprofessional communication.”

“This was our third time staying at this property and it was as lovely as ever. It’s clean, close to many amenities, and offers easy access to all of the best New Orleans hotspots. Once again, we happily recommend the Nelson St House.”

“Real charming home! The layout is kind of awkward when you rent the entire place out, other than that, it's located in a walkable neighborhood with shops and a grocery store that are close. The owners were very accommodating and gracious. I recommend.”
