“I stayed at the Ginger Hotel from Nov-26-2025 to Nov-29-2025 after arriving to Kochi Kerala after three days of flying. My stay was exceptional. I'll start with the food, there was a wide variety of options to choose from for both breakfast and Dinner. All of which were extremely delicious. The staff at the restaurant were pleasant and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was extremely comfortable. Housekeeping did a great job daily. “High quality hotel and the room is really nice. Gym has what you need but not much more. Staff is friendly and I think you have go have a moustache to work here! The info we got from the reception was not a lot, which seems to be common in india. Otherwise very friendly staff and nice hotel! The breakfast was good.”

“Great property in a great convinent location ”

“We were surprised by what we saw and weren't convinced it is a 4 stars hotel. The hotel was in a very old condition and had moldy smell. Not sure its because Cochin is a coastal city or purely because hotel is too old. Overall it wasn't worthy 4 stars. Staffs were quite nice and helpful though. If you look for a good price, it might be an option to you.”

“Excellent place. Suitable for families also. The only thing is pure vegetarian hotels are not available in the surrounding. Drinking water should be provided in the lodge.”
