“Well,Right off my guy swept up a couple bugs that was in the livingroom, the shower curtain could use an upgrade and I was deceived as to thinking the river was visible from the deck but otherwise, everything was as expected or at best a learning experience!! We "Truly" relaxed due to the coziness of your cabin and the hot tub although we couldn't get power from the jets!!All in ALL it was a "Fabulous" get away!! Thank you!!”

“Great location - close to Hiawassee and Helen. Community is well kept and quiet. Pool access was not an issue and very clean. A small walk to the river. No easy access to swim or play in the river. The only negative that I would mention, there were a couple hairs on the bath towels.”

“The cabin was secluded, quaint, and matched the VRBO description well. The location offered plenty of privacy, and overall the property was as advertised. There were a couple of issues during our stay. Upon arrival, there was a noticeable food odor in the cabin, and we found several long black hairs on the bathroom floor, which raised some concerns about cleanliness. Additionally, the listing does not specify whether the property uses city water or well water, which would have been helpful……

“We had an overall good experience with this rental, the property was exactly as shown in the website pictures. The property was conveniently close to the main roads and towns. We unfortunately had an unpleasant issue with the air conditioning. In the middle of the week of my stay, the A/C unit located in the living room started to make a chirping and flapping noise (Very annoying noise) the good thing was that there was another A/C unit on the bedroom that worked perfectly. “We travel to Dahlonega several times a year and have rented dozens of vacation properties. This property is our new favorite! The cabin is quiet and secluded, and nicely furnished. The real standout was the deck overlooking the Chestatee River. It's huge! We enjoyed sitting on the deck in the evenings watching the birds, fireflies (or lightning bugs as we called them growing up), and other wildlife. We even saw an otter. It was warm during our visit, but a morning rainstorm gave us a hint of……
