位置離羅東火車站不遠，大約走路十分鐘，離羅東也是也是差不多的距離，但那區有遊藝場ktv等等。 熱水不熱，只有溫溫的。 早餐很一般。 房間算整潔乾淨，設備算是新的。 沒有腳踏車出借。

大樓其中一層，樓下是百家樂，樓上有其他間商旅，電梯是共用的，配合停車場步行約4-5分鐘，櫃檯人員親切友善，房間偏小，但五臟俱全，牙刷及刮鬍刀等拋棄式備品需要跟櫃檯拿，客房內清潔乾淨，電視可自行接HDMI觀看，躺在床鋪的可以感覺到彈簧觸感，但棉被及枕頭很舒服，空調也很安靜，但隔音真的不好，關門聲及喧譁聲很容易聽的見，晚間時不時會聞到煙味，但一下就消失，廁所衛生紙架位置很奇怪，不好拿取，整體環境乾淨，離羅東夜市也近，整體不錯，可能考慮再來。
