“The property was amazing you have the best of lakefront, views and river front. Listening to the dam and river was so relaxing, the lake is also very calm and the views are really nice. Fishing was amazing we caught largemouth bass, rock bass, and brown trout in the river we even cooked the fish over the fire. “The house was perfect for our whole family. Plenty of room and Benji was a very attentive host. Anything that came up during our stay he was easy to contact and very accommodating. We stayed in October and the surrounding area and the lake were beautiful. I am hoping to stay again but next time in the summer. Very pleasant experience!”

“Arrived at the property in the wee hours of the morning. Almost pitch black, I couldn’t find the lockbox. Thinking that the box was on the outside of the house, walked around for a hood twenty minutes before realizing that the box might be inside the house. That was keystone cop moment. This is not a negative review, but a learning experience for me. Next time, arrive when it’s daylight. Otherwise, it was a positive experience. The property was well maintained. “I had to be in the area for a weekend seminar. This cozy home was quiet, clean and just right for a single or family weekend. It was close to town and was stocked with all the amenities you could want. It was definitely worth the investment.”

“The place was small and quaint. Overall our stay was great, the area was nice, and the cottage comfortable. I did not see a microwave which was a bummer but not a dealbreaker. I also noticed the fire alarm was missing. I strongly believe that needs to be in place. The yard was not upkept, nor very aesthetically pleasing, but didnt necessarily affect the quality of our stay. But I do believe it could be just the cutest little place if the host put a tad more effort into yard work around the……

“Our stay was for a quading trip. Two full-size trucks, two trailers, and six quads all fit in the driveway rather well! The cottage was very cozy and a great place for us. We especially enjoyed the large counter space and dinning table where we often gathered for meals and to play cards. The Living was also a great place to lounge. Every single person wound up taking a nap on the electric sofa at some point! The bedrooms were plenty large enough and we easily fit all six. We all enjoyed our stay……

“Great cottage, Great lake and Great hosts. The cottage is perfect. We had our kids with us and they had a blast. The fishing from the dock and lake kept the kids busy for hours. The water area was fantastic for swimming or sand castles. There is plenty of stuff to do at the cottage or in nearby towns, Lake Huron beach trip to ORV trails. “Zeron Island is absolutely beautiful! The home is exactly as pictured. We kept remarking at how clean everything was. Even the outdoor bathroom. Not a cobweb to be found. Our pups loved the trail through the woods, and it was so nice to open the door and let them run. We all had a wonderful time. We will definitely be back!! PS..the photos I have of the Island, sunset and sunrise are gorgeous.”
