It was nice to be able to easily access Shenandoah National Park while enjoying the atmosphere of the charming small town of Luray. The building had a classic look, and the breakfast and dinner prices were reasonable.

I loved the character of the historic Inn. Very clean and comfortable. I didn’t eat breakfast at the Inn, but I did eat at the Speakeasy and it was delicious.

One of the most beautiful properties I have stayed in and I've traveled all over the world. This property is elegant, the rooms are stately and the view is amazing. The breakfast is wonderful as well as the staff that served it. Right down the Road are the most astonishing, well lit caverns that has a shopping complex and other museums. Just a first class experience!!

We had a wonderful long weekend at The Mimslyn! The entire place was super clean and comfortable. The food (dinner and breakfast) was fresh and delicious! Looking forward to going back in the fall!

Lovely spacious room, light and well-appointed. Comfortable king-sized bed. But couch and armchair were worn. Sleeper couch was unusable. The property is beautiful and historic but past its prime.

This is a fantastic hotel. We loved the location. The front porch is very relaxing. We loved both restaurants and the staff at both. And our room was a perfect size for 2 people. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

It was a very old charm place with modern amenities. Huge bathroom, lots of space to walk, hammocks, free coffee and muffins, luxury and attention to the details. Highly recommend, 4 min drive to Luray Caverns.

The property was beautiful and the pool and hot tub were very enjoyable. The breakfast was also very good. The only issue we had was at check-in that our room was having some repairs and it wasn’t ready. The staff took care of it right away.
