“Property was great when we were there, the only thing that was a bummer was I think the pool pump was back flushing in the middle of the night. I think it was on a timer At 2:30 am and ran for a long time and we had to shut the windows because of the noise of running water. Also most mornings at 6:00 the pool was being filled on a timer and the pump ran for at least 4 hours at a time, so there was not much water pressure so couldn’t take a morning shower. “We stayed three nights in this perfectly appointed cabin near Shenandoah NP. The kitchen was well equipped, the cabin was lovely, located in a beautiful location. We built a nightly fire outside and used the hot tub. There was also a jet tub in the house which we ran out of time to use. The owner was very responsive and friendly. During our first week of a three week vacation, my husband said staying in this cabin was his favorite part.”

“My partner and I had a wonderful couple days at this cabin! The views from the porch were absolutely stunning to wake up to. We loved sitting in the hot tub for a short time before hopping out to look at the stars. We’d happily stay again soon. Make sure you bring everything you need (including paper towels and extra toliet paper) along with any ingredients (we forgot olive oil to grease the pan to cook) lol. Easy to clean up everything (strip the sheets and change the trash bags) to leave it……

“Everything was lovely. Cabin clean and well supplied. Many nice outdoor features; canoes, kyaks, bags game, large fire pit with ample firewood, wagon to transport firewood. Listing is a bit misleading indicating there is a hot tub. There is no hot tub, only bath tub in bathroom. Other than that everything is terrific!”

“Well kept home, everything you need in the kitchen, close to the Caverns. The host were wonderful, replied to any messages I sent very fast, only thing I would change about this house would be a blind or curtain in kitchen window and covering over the front glass door but that wouldn't stop me from renting this home again if I was to return to the area. Thanks for making my stay a wonderful one!”

“We wanted a cabin stay to decompress after spring break in DC. Nice and relaxing. The fire pit was our favorite thing. Cabin is accurately described. Charming! Beds were comfy. Neighbors have a barking dog that woke us up one night-not sure what that was about. Master bathroom has been nicely updated. We didn’t do much in the area except Storybook trail (teens love the rock scrambling).”

“Wonderful views! Peaceful, nature surrounded, nicely appointed, clean, comfortable, and super cozy cabin. Easy communication with the property management company. Community road leading to the cabin is unpaved and steep at times so 4x4 highly recommended. Downtown Luray is nearby with a couple of restaurants and a brewery, grocery stores close by, and the entrance to the Shenandoah park is within 10-15 minutes drive! Perfect location.”
