「I was very happy about the friendliness of the staff, especially the front manager Silvia who went above and beyond to accommodate me with my very late arrival. She wanted to help me with my lost luggage as well but luckily I didn’t have to bother her. The room was clean and spacious. Overall a great stay and welcome to Zambia. Highly recommend 」

「Great hotel in Central Lusaka, half an hour from the airport (600 kwachi cab ride). Feels upscale. Good food in the restaurants and breakfast buffet. Clean room, nice and quiet, good neighborhood, surprisingly affordable. I stayed two nonconsecutive nights and had an equally excellent experience both times. 」

「I've stayed twice now at The Prince Charles Hotel. It is a really nice new clean building, with comfortable beds. But it's in an odd location far from almost everything (it was close to a residence I was visiting). But it's so quirky- some rooms have no external windows.
