“This was a spacious and clean hotel with a gym and pool. Nearby is a grocery store and sports bar where we had dinner. Everyone we met was friendly. A water pipe had burst, leaving the apartment with no water when we arrived but they did fix it as soon as possible. My husband reported seeing a few bugs running around the kitchen which thankfully I did not see. I'll give the benefit of the doubt that it could have been related to the pipe bursting and is not a normal thing. My sons loved the TV……

“The accommodation is spacious and modern. The single bedroom apartment boasts a table with chairs and plenty of room for eight people--you could have a dinner party! The apartment had a swimming pool shared with one other apartment. I didn't see that advertised so it was a pleasant surprise. There were no power failures during my 10-day stay although Lusaka tends to experience load shedding almost daily. Fallsway does have backup generators, although I can't say if they were used during my……

“I have booked through Expedia, it seems the owner of Cubes is managing all booking. But the owner is not at the front desk, and my booking was not informed to the front desk staff. As the result it took long time to checking in to the apartment.”

“the hotel is 5.4 miles from downtown. THe country was experiencing Load Shedding (Power outages) so they said they had a back up system, but could only turn it on, if we committted. Moved to upscale hotel, and even with their back up system... no aircon would go on, even with the back up. Stoneridge would have been worse, and with blackouts all around given its distance outside the city.”

“Lots of surprises, not accurate listing, they listed that the property had a dryer it didn’t. There was no ironing board, but was told to iron on the counter. They have sensor lights, so if you’re not moving no lights, only in the bedroom and living. You can’t stand in the kitchen for 2 minutes or the bathroom else the sensor lights go out, worse at night showering. Then you have no security of your items, they take the room door key from you and don’t explain why, when you ask they say it’s……
