「Ci sono state alcune piccole disattenzioni sia nella stanza che in altri piccoli particolari. Capisco che la gestione è subentrata ad Ottobre, quindi recente, e che deve necessariamente passare una fase di rodaggio e affinamento. Senza dubbio il prsonale tutto è estremamante cortese, gentile e ha risolto bene le impefezioni notate. Alessia, the Innkeeper, is the kindest , most attentive person, she will go out of her way to satisfy the guests' needs.
