“We were very comfortable in this clean and comfortable house. Everything worked well. Beds comfortable. We had extra family stay a few nights and they were comfy too. It’s walking and central to Ozona and Palm Harbor restaurants. Bike path in back yard. Starchans ice cream at the end of street. The location is directly accross from USPS so there was to be expected occasional noise. Nothing that kept us awake.”

“My husband and I just spent the month of March at Denay’s lovely home in Dunedin, Fl. From start to finish, our stay was wonderful. Our check in was very smooth. We arrived at night and there were lights on for us, which was nice. The home is beautiful, very clean and spacious and well equipped for a longer stay. The location can’t be beat. You are literally right next to the Pinellas trail and across the street from Blue Jays stadium and also a short walk to downtown. Denay is a superb host.……

“Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property is clean and well maintained. The owners did a great job creating a little tropical oasis where you can kick back and relax. Our favorite part was the hot tub. Especially at this time of the year when the temperatures drop at night. Only a 15 minute drive to Honeymoon Island State Park. The room includes beach towels. “I’m so glad that I found this place for my family! Everything was clean and neat when we walked in which was very nice. Beds were comfortable and both rooms were very spacious. It was great being minutes away from Clearwater beach as well! So if you’re looking for a rental that’s kid friendly, this one is it! “Took out family of 4 to visit extended family for our kids spring break. This quaint little cottage was perfect. It had all the amenities we needed and a very comfy bed for my husband and I. Everyone enjoyed the stay and we will be back!”

House wasn’t clean upon check in and our code didn’t work, but he made sure that was fixed within 5 minutes of our arrival! “Took an overnight trip to visit Dunedin with my mom and sister. Barefoot Parrot was the perfect spot to spend the night. Nicely decorated and immaculate! We didn’t stay long enough to take advantage of all the amenities, but Jen’s local guide with suggestions for shopping, restaurants and beaches was quite helpful. Highly recommend!”

“This was my second time staying at the tiki hut house I’m going back with another set of two weeks. This is the most relaxing place you could ever imagine. The grounds are spectacular and really smell like a tropical. I will move back again and I can highly recommend. My only criticism would be the upstair bed could use new mattresses.”
