"A convenient hotel located close to the T1 tram line (Wassertuerm stop) 3 mins and bus also nearby. Main train station 15 mins by tram. Large shopping centre next door. Building works outside but noise didn't bother me. No tea/coffee facility in room, 24 hrs downstairs. 24 hrs reception desk, 2/3 staff were lovely and dining room staff were all very pleasant and helpful."

"This place was a dream come true. It is the kind of place everyone needs to experience at least once in their lives. The chateau was so comfortable and charming and swimming in the spa pool was such a unique experience. I loved learning the history of the property and seeing the wells that have been there forever. The breakfast had so many delicious choices that I wish I could have stayed another day. Finally the cellar bar was so delightful, I had an amazing time sipping cocktails and enjoying a game of chess with my travel partner. Everyone was so kind to us and we really enjoyed our visit. I recommend this place 100%."

"This was my first stay at an ibis and hopefully the last. The room was so small! No dresser, no coffee machine (!), no wardrobe. A tiny window behind a giant curtain. The window shade was broken and didn’t open well (same thing in my colleague’s room). It’s too noisy to open the window. I’m 5’4” and I found the shower short. No shelf for products in the shower and no hand towel or wash cloth. On the plus side, breakfast was good though very salty and the staff were nice."

"No fridge. No bath mat. No shower screen or door so rhe water comes out of the shower into onto the toilet area. Heater room doesn't work, there is air but not hot air. Double bed is 2 single push together. No cups just paper cups. PROS: 10MINS walk to bus stop. Free parking. Many TV channels. Has a kettle. Has a chair and 1 stool, and a desk so you can do work."
