Luxury Villa Anemos with pool is located next to the sea in a quiet bay of the island of Hvar, 4 km away from the center of Hvar. This Mediterranean beauty 2 m from the sea has its own berth for boats up to 25 m.
Luxury Villa Anemos spreads over 300 m2 of residential area, on a property of 400 m2 and has two floors: ground floor and first floor.
On the outdoor cascading terraces that descend all the way to the sea there is a swimming pool, sun loungers, a seating area and a dining table for 12 people.
Villa Anemos has two fully equipped kitchens, a living area with a table for 14 people, a comfortable living room with sofas.
The luxurious Villa Anemos has 6 bedrooms with king-size beds. 3 rooms have an en suite bathroom with a shower and the others have a shared bathroom with a shower. The villa has a total of 5 bathrooms.
